All our clients’ scissors are thoroughly checked before any work is undertaken on them and tested for performance before they are returned.
In situations where scissors are possibly too damaged to repair, we consult clients as to whether to carry out the sharpening. If the scissor passes our test procedure after our repair work, we would charge for the sharpening service but postage would be free.
If our work was unsuccessful at restoring the scissor to a suitable standard, we would not charge for the sharpening service.
In the unlikely event that a client was not satisfied with our work, Clean-Cut would ask for the scissors to be returned in order for us to re-assess our work and the scissors performance. We would consult our client regarding these details and may ask to carry out further works in order to rectify any performance issues with the scissor in question.
Should the scissor not pass our test procedure after our secondary works, a full refund would be offered to our client.
We assume that by sending your scissors to us, you are giving permission to Clean-Cut Sharpening Centre to undertake sharpening work on your scissors. If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after posting them to us. As a guide, please cancel your order within 24 hours of posting scissors to ensure that we have not carried out any work on your scissors.
We carry out the vast majority of work within 48 hours of us receiving our clients scissors; if we have carried out sharpening work before you contact us to cancel, you may not cancel your order.
